ELECTRIC SPEED RECORD set by BYU students.

It took 7 long years to finally set the record but the BYU students did just that. They set the worlds land speed record for light weight electric vehicles.

It took over 130 students to achieve this record and that is a real team effort. 130 students !

Last time out they went 180mph then flipped the car. It was rebuilt better than ever and the proof is in the pudding.

BYU students call all be proud that they have accomplished something that few will even try, a world land speed record.

ELECTRIC SPEED RECORD now owned by BYU students.
